Mediastar Ms-Diamond Z1 Z2 Boot Problem Solution

Hello, viewers today in this post I’m going to Share With You the Mediastar Receiver family, the Mediastar ms-diamond z1 boot problem solution, also the Mediastar ms-diamond z2 boot problem solution. During the Upgrading process, if you did any mistake or upgrade the wrong Software or cut the power during the installation of the Software if Your Mediastar MS Dimond Z1 or Mediastar MS Dimond Z2 Receiver stuck on Boot then how you will recover it, I’m the admin of Receiver Pro and you are reading this post on Receiver Pro, So follow me for the boot problem solution of your Receiver.

Step 1

First of all Download the latest software from the link below then format your USB flash drive with the NTFS system, after completing the format Process of your USB flash.

Step 2

Now copy and paste the software which you downloaded from the link below and copy the RomUpdate file to USB flash without any folder. After copying the software insert Your USB flash drive to your Mediastar MS Dimond Z1 or Mediastar MS Dimond Z2 Receiver USB port, ( if your receiver back end side USB port not working then insert the USB flash to the front end side of your receiver)

Step 3

Now turn off the Receiver and turn it on again, after turning on the receiver again keep pressing the Power Button on your remote control until you don’t see the Recover, etc Option On the Receiver LCD Screen. see in the picture below.
When you see the Recovery Option ” Above in the Picture “on the Receiver LCD screen then release the power button, and wait for the Process, after Completing the Process your Receiver will reboot automatically. Now remove your USB flash drive, your Receiver is Now recovered successfully. see in the picture below.

Second Method

If you are still unable to recover your Mediastar MS Diamond Z1 or Z2 Receiver through the above method then you have to follow the second method to apply, in this method you will have to Recover your receiver with Loader, the Mediastar loader is giving below in this post, download it. you can also apply the same method for the Mediastar ms-diamond z2 boot problem solution.

connect your Rs232 Cable with your Computer/laptop and Your Receiver, Now select your correct com Port, If you do not know how to select the Com port, right-click on My Computer and then click on properties, then click on device manager and then click on the Ports and Com Port (COM & LPT), option and see which Com is using for your RS232 cable.

now select the com port in Mediastar loader, after selecting the Com port click on the Open button and select the Mediastar star Ms.Diamond Z1 or Z2 Receiver Software which you want to install, and then click on the Start button in the loader, after clicking the start button now Turn off your receiver and turn on again, your software upgrading process will start.
